Net Karaoke offered by MTV, HearMe

MTV.com and voice chat provider HearMe are teaming up to offer live, online karaoke rooms available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The effort is part of MTV's "Say What? Karaoke" television program which lets viewers sing along to their favorite pop music hits. Like the television show, the online version features a weekly competition which gives fans the chance to win prizes, including portable digital audio players and other consumer electronics products. --Jennifer Mack, ZDNN
