Only 20% of IT executives are satisfied with CRM integration

Forrester Research survey of 94 business and IT executives found that only 29% were satisfied with how CRM applications integrate with their existing data products and sources. Less than 50% said their expectations have been met and that they are fully satisfied with the products that promised to better their business processes.
