I've been blogging about Google for a long time -- over 5 years now. I started a blog in the olden days called Google Addiction, and the rest was history. While my blogging experience was extremely rewarding and exciting, it's time to move on.
Over my 5 years blogging, there has been so much change. People back then didn't "get" smart phones, and only a select group of people could actually afford data plans for their devices. Fast forward to today, we are living in such an exciting world. There are opportunities around every corner, and new exciting things happening every day that would have seemed impossible only 5 years ago. Mobile devices -- iPhone, Android and now Windows Phone 7 -- are changing the way we live, work and communicate before our eyes.
If today isn't exciting enough for you, fast forward another 5 years. Can you even imagine what things will be like? Things are going to continue evolving, and among others, Google will be standing at the forefront of innovation -- with things like Google's artificial intelligence (and who knows, maybe even robot cars!) becoming an everyday thing. I, for one, can't wait to see what the world looks like on November 15, 2015.
I've met so many inspiring people, and have learned so much -- and I'm sure that will continue. I won't be actively blogging going forward, but you can find me if you look. I may revive Google Addiction at some point, so keep your eyes there. Though it's going to be weird not blogging, the lack of comments and email from you guys in my inbox is what I'm really going to miss.
Bye everyone. It was a slice!
