Should Government drop Windows and turn to open source?

Government spending in 2011 will be frozen. It needs to find ways to contain or reduce spending. Every agency and department will have to go through their budget forecast to find reductions. IT cost are no exception. Is it time that the government conduct a study and review the possibility of using Linux and open source products and services? Check out my video.
