Should Obama Have Won the Nobel?

This morning President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. The committee awarded him the honor for “his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples." This would make him the first sitting president to win the award since Woodrow Wilson in 1919. Pretty strong statement. Do you think he should have won the award?
