Cloud technology has clearly established itself among companies of all sizes, in virtually every industry vertical, and in every geography. In some cases, organizations have made conscious decisions to move to the cloud, incorporating cloud technologies and applications as part of their overall IT portfolios.

In other cases, it has been vendors that have pushed companies into the cloud because it was the only way that companies could use a vendor application. However companies got to the cloud, there is now a broader acceptance of both private and public clouds as complements (or even as replacements) to on premises IT. This has caused companies to realize that they need to find ways to adopt a hybrid cloud approach that can take advantage of data and applications wherever they are-whether in public/private clouds or in the data center.

Take Tech Pro Research's survey on hybrid cloud solutions and you can request a free copy of the valuable resulting research report.

In this hybrid cloud environment, there must also be end-to-end security and governance, and the ability of cloud and data center applications to work together and to exchange data seamlessly and quickly. If this is the vision, different organizations are pursuing different strategies to get there. Along the way, they are also encountering different barriers to entry that they must overcome.

Take Tech Pro Research's survey and share your input on where organizations of different sizes, industry verticals and geographies are in their hybrid cloud visions, where they think they will be in the future, and what vendors can do to help enable their hybrid cloud strategies. The results of this survey will be compared to hybrid cloud reports in previous years, to analyze ongoing trends.
