Telefonica and IBM sign B2B agreement

Telefónica de España, through its e-business unit, Telefónica B2B, signed an alliance with IBM Corp. (ibm) to offer integrated e-commerce solutions in Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Telefónica explained that this alliance is part of its strategy to build e-markets -- horizontal and vertical -- throughout those regions.
