Telstra to service Komatsu for AU$23 million
Telstra has resigned its contract with mining and construction equipment manufacturer Komatsu.
As part of the agreement, worth AU$23 million over the next three years, Telstra will facilitate Komatsu's whole of business IT and machine to machine (M2M) strategy. This will include seeing Telstra provide telecommunications, such as voice, data, and mobile, as well as M2M and cloud technologies.
Komatsu Australia managing director and CEO Sean Taylor said the contract will build on a 15 year relationship between the two companies.

The new deal replaces Komatsu and Telstra's previous contract that was signed back in 2010 for five years. Much similar to their new contract, Telstra was signed on to provide telecommunication and cloud services to Komatsu.
