John Barbour may well lose the battle for online consumer toy dollars during the next seven weeks. But his thick Scottish brogue gets downright viscous as he tells you Toysrus.com has no intention of losing the war. "This is not a sprint. It's a marathon," said Barbour, a toy industry veteran who was tapped to take over the fledgling Web site in August. "There are players who have more e-commerce experience.
