Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch Inc. will acquire TicketWeb.com Inc. in a stock deal worth $35.2 million. TicketWeb has around 700 clients, including Six Flags Magic Mountain, the San Francisco Symphony, London's Brixton Academy, the San Diego Zoo and New York's Museum of Modern Art.
