In case you were wondering or waiting, there might be a way for toddlers to get on Twitter. It's called the Twoddler. Honestly, it sounds like a joke. And it should be. But it appears like some developers in Belgium are serious. Maybe they should put their efforts towards figuring out a profitable business model for Twitter first.

But according to them, there is some sort of educational value to the device. Based on the Fisher Price activity center, when a child uses the Twoddler, their actions are recorded on Twitter. Thus, their parents can track their actions and progression. Uh huh.
