Apparently the newly reconstituted Environmental Protection Agency is going to begin greenhouse gas emissions. The moves will reverse the U.S.position on global warming before the international climate change negotiations in Copenhagen this December. On April 2 it will be the second anniversary of the Supreme Court ruling that the EPA should make a ruling on whether greenhouse gases are an endangerment to human health. [poll id="93"]
