USWeb merges with Whittman-Hart

Internet service companies USWeb/CKS (Nasdaq: USWB) and Whittman-Hart Inc. (Nasdaq: WHIT) said Monday that they would merge, creating a company with $14 billion market capitalization.

Internet service companies USWeb/CKS (Nasdaq: USWB) and Whittman-Hart Inc. (Nasdaq: WHIT) said Monday that they would merge, creating a company with $14 billion market capitalization.
