Virgin cuts broadband prices

Virgin has become the latest UK ISP to announce broadband price cuts

Virgin.net is now offering users broadband internet access for £24.99 and is promising to waive installation costs, normally £39.99, until 31 March.

Many ISPs, have come forward in the past week and announced price cuts - with all of them offering incentives, from cheaper hardware to slashed installation fees, to customers signing up before 31 March, following BT's reduction of wholesale prices late last year.
