The state [of Wisconsin] is canceling a two-point-six (m) million-dollar contract with a Virginia firm to install a new e-mail system for most government agencies ... after a pilot program revealed numerous technical problems with the software.

The state will seek a refund of just over two (m) million dollars spent on the project in which D-L-T Solutions was trying to install Oracle Collaboration Suite software.
