in brief Online accommodation specialist Wotif.com said today that it had decided to acquire the shares in an online booking service for "things to do" called Go Do.
The company, founded in 2006, sells activities for Australia and
New Zealand via its website godo.com.au. It has over 1000
suppliers providing more than 2000 activities ranging from day
spas to V8 racing.
The completion of the acquisition is dependent on a number of
conditions relating to the business transition. The conditions were
expected to be met in the next two months.
Wotif did not disclose the value of the deal.
