The cheap e-fares are out there -- and they might be getting cheaper.
Which is great news for flyers -- frequent or not -- as there's nothing quite so popular in air travel as a cheap ticket. And just as in books and music, airlines and their customers are now turning to the Internet to offer, and snag, these come-hither fares.
But the practice has not taken off completely just yet, because of concerns from the airlines about how this will affect their relationship with travel agencies and with non-wired customers.
