MSN billing glitch overcharges users

An MSN billing problem caused subscribers to be overcharged hundreds of thousands of dollars, MSNBC.com has learned. Instead of billing subscribers at the $21 monthly rate, a computer glitch in a new MSN billing system effectively blocked them from accessing substantial sums of money in their own bank accounts, the Microsoft (msft) service has acknowledged.
