Avaya launches new IP solutions for enterprises

HONG KONG - Avaya, a provider of communications systems for enterprises, introduced six new products in Asia Pacific to raise the benchmark for delivering enterprise-class IP solutions currently available.
The six new products are dubbed Avaya Enterprise Class IP Solutions (or ECLIPS products) and are being showcased at ITU Telecom Asia 2000 in Hong Kong.
The products are intended for enterprise customers ranging from startups to large multinational corporations and are now commercially available throughout the Asia Pacific region.
"Avaya ECLIPS products give customers the confidence to stake their enterprises on our IP solutions," said Mark Leigh, president of Avaya Asia Pacific.
"Avaya is one of the few companies in the industry that delivers 100 percent of PBX features over an IP infrastructure - to any customer, of any size, in any location.
Leigh also said that the products carry on the quality, reliability and high level of interoperability associated with the company's existing offers to the industry.
