WD holding contest for PhotoPlus Expo; prizes include walking tour, HD media player
Unbelievably, it's already October and the PhotoPlus Expo will be taking place in New York City in a few weeks. And if you're a photographer who happens to be going or lives in the area, Western Digital has a special contest in which you might be interested.
WD's creative master Bruce Dorn will be taking eight winners on a photo walking tour in Manhattan on Wednesday, October 27, the night before expo kicks off. But the each of the lucky eight will also be getting a lot more, including a WD My Passport Essential drive and a Lowepro bag.
Furthermore, one grand prize winner will get a WD TV Live Plus HD media player, a WD Livewire powerline AV network Kit, a WD Network drive, and a Lowepro Pro Roller 100 roller bag. Not too shabby.
To enter, prosepctive participants must do the following:
- Register at www.wdphotowalk.com
- Submit any photo they've taken
- Write a 100-word description about why they want to participate
