Some people just can't help themselves. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, a 22-year-old Chicago woman (and perhaps Twilight fanatic) has been arrested for trying to record clips of New Moon on her pocket camera.

Police suspect she was recording the approximately three to four minute clips of the newest installment of the vampire series to sell copies, but the woman claims it was just for her friend's birthday party. Given how crazy people are for this movie franchise (especially young women around her age), her argument sounds plausible. Although an IOU for a DVD copy might have been a better gift.

I'm more curious as to which point-and-shoot she used, given it wouldn't be easy to record quality video in the dark.
