Apple CEO Steve Jobs may take a $1 in salary a year, but his team got healthy raises in 2009.

In its review of pay, Apple said that its compensation committee determined "the total cash compensation for the named executive officers was significantly below the median of peer companies." As a result, Tim Cook, chief operating officer, Peter Oppenheimer, CFO, and Robert Mansfield, head of the Mac unit, and Scott Forstall, who runs the iPhone unit, all received an increase of $100,000 in salary.
