Aqcess Technologies delays next-gen Qbe

Startup Aqcess Technologies, Inc., of Irvine, Calif., has delayed its second-generation Qbe product for lack of funds. The tablet-style PC may ship next year if the company finds an investor, sources said. Aqcess Technologies will be at next month's Comdex/Fall trade show.
