According to CNET the Blackworm worm is wiping Windows files from infected machines already. According to their sources at F-Secure there are people with the wrong dates set on their computers so the worm is mistakenly kicking off early.
If there are truly millions of machines infected there will probably be a pretty bad spike in traffic tomorrow as well.
