Traders were locked out of the Nasdaq exchange for at least 17 minutes before the closing bell Tuesday, preventing them from buying or selling stocks during yet another tremendous rally. The Nasdaq closed up 74 points to another record close of 3,293.05. Full story to follow. -- Larry Barrett, ZD Inter@ctive Investor
