Buy.com certainly had a good Black Friday, which has been reported as the online retailer's best showing on the day after Thanksgiving in company history.

A quick look at the numbers: Buy.com had more than 45% year-over-year sales growth at its online store (as of 5:00PM PST on Friday, November 26), and overall growth sales grew by more than 100% compared to Black Friday 2009.

Buy.com accredits its success to some friendly customer service offerings, such as a 45-day return policy with no restocking fees, free shipping with no minimum purchase on approximately 2.7 million items and a customer loyalty incentive program.
