Written by Margaret Kane, Contributor

Panasonic is working with Net2Phone to develop a phone that can handle standard calls as well as voice-over-IP calls.

The "One Touch" phone is being demonstrated at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week.

Consumers who want to place a long-distance call using the Internet service can access Net2Phone by pushing a button and registering through voice mail.
