eBay Inc. on Tuesday said it will lay off 15 percent of the workers at its Butterfields auction house. Butterfields general manager Geoff Iddison said the job cuts -- affecting 32 of the company's 200 workers -- are designed to improve profitability of the high-end auction house's offline operations.
