Just a week after being unveiled to the world, Facebook is rolling out its new Home to Google Play.

To recall, Facebook Home is a user interface (or "family of apps") for Android smartphones that integrates the social network's core features (Likes, Comments, Messenger, etc.) and bakes them into the mobile operating system.

However, the UI is only supported by a handful of Android devices. Here's the rundown:

  • HTC First HTC One (Future)
  • HTC One X
  • HTC One X+
  • Samsung GALAXY S III
  • Samsung GALAXY S4 (Future)
  • Samsung GALAXY Note II

Facebook Home will also come preloaded on the HTC First, which will retail with AT&T for $99.99 on contract.

Eager early adopters can head over to Google Play to download the platform for free now.
