Google Partner Page on the way?

Every once in a while Google goes off and gets MarkMonitor to register some domains for them.  In some cases it's to protect themselves by registering domains like "googlesucks.com", and other times it corresponds to something they are working on.

A couple days ago Google registered some new domains that could hint at a new service they are worked on --  Google Partner Page.  Could this be an implementation of the Personalized Homepage (iGoogle) for any company who wishes to partner with Google?

googlepartnerpage.com/net/org
google-partnerpage.com/net/org
googlepersonlizedstartpage.com/net/org

There are already some examples of what I think this could be -- Dell and Gateway both have branded iGoogle pages.  This is speculation based on the domains registered a few days ago, but it's an interesting idea isn't it?

Partner Page administrators should be able to create private modules that are specific to their company, and have the ability to moderate which "public" ones users can install on their personalized start page.  If this service is in the works and is open to anyone, I guess you could say partnering with Google has never been easier.
