HDS puts Windows functions on NC

Is it a PC? Is it an NC? Is it a NetPC? The correct answer is none of the above as HDS Network Systems has added Windows functions to its @workStation NC.

Like an orthodox NC, the HDS runs Windows apps from a server but has the bonus of Windows printing, floppy access and multimedia. The UK firm says the features allow the system to be used as a low-cost, fully featured alternative to networked PCs.

HDS can be contacted by telephone on 01344-382164.
