HR 29 and 744 passed last night

I tried to be present for the debate but just missed it. This is a first step down the path to effective anti-spyware legislation. Next the Senate has to pass their version of an Anti-Spy act, the House and Senate have to meet and agree to a compromise bill, and the President has to sign it.
