OK, so IBM has been selling its modular data center concept for some time. The idea is that you could pull up one of these puppies to the building where you need it and pretty much switch it on, provided you have the electricity, telecommunications and water to support it.
Now, it has lined up some relationships to help make this "product" even more energy-efficient. Power distribution, conditioning, protection, back-up (etc.) technologies from the following companies are now more tightly integrated with IBM's Portable Modular Data Center line:
