Adlink will arrange sponsorship for lastminute.com's product channels and co-ordinate advertising around the site. Lastminute.com has been rocked by recent speculation over its increasing burn rate and this move is planned to maximise the potential earnings of the flagship internet start-up. Last month, lastminute.com signed a £5m advertising contract with high-profile ad agency M&C Saatchi.
