Information Week magazine conducted a survey of 420 IT business professionals at 272 sites with the questions on Linux migration problems (both servers and desktops). While roughly 30% of customers reported they had no problems whatsoever with either desktop or server migration to Linux, the top complaint was the software incompatibility, lack of technical knowledge and poor documentation.
