For the second day in a row, a major Internet news site was temporarily knocked offline. MSNBC.com was down for about two hours Tuesday, according to the company. Most visitors to the site received an error message indicating it was unavailable. The trouble began at around 2:30 p.m. PT; by 4:30, the site was back to normal. The source of the problem was not immediately known. Monday afternoon, CNN.com experienced intermittent site access troubles for about four hours. --Bob Sullivan, MSNBC
