As I've mentioned earlier this week, I'm in San Francisco working on a project for a Kusnetzky Group subscriber. This has kept me rather busy from 7 AM or earlier until late in the evening. For some reason, a promoter must think that the folks in and around Union Square would really enjoy a loud concert until rather late on a Thursday night. Although my hotel room window doesn't face Union Square, I had no trouble hearing everything but the whispered conversations among the musicians on stage.

Although the music had an upbeat tempo and the musicians played with great skill, I wonder why someone would think that a loud concert would be appreciated by the folks staying in all of the hotels that surround Union Square.

If all goes as planed, I should be back in my office by Wednesday morning. Maybe, just maybe, I'll get some sleep then.

Yours in groggyville,

Dan K
