We must be assimilated to survive...

ASP Netstore is considering the possibility of the company being acquired in order to deliver increased shareholder value in the short to medium term. The company has a large cash pile since its floatation in April 2000, and is looking to maximise its value. Graham Hardiman, VP of marketing at Netstore, told silicon.com that the company is looking at four options to bring its share price up. "We are looking at acquisition [another company], merger or selling. The fourth option is to carry on as we are and bring the company to a cash neutral position in the short-term."
