New Burst: Sharp to build European Epoc device

A wireless PDA based on Symbian's EPOC operating system is being developed by Sharp, according to the Japanese financial newspaper, Nihon Keizai Shimbun.

The paper claims that the device will be available in Europe early next year. It is thought Sharp will build EPOC into its own Zaurus platform.
