News Burst: Banks holding back UK e-commerce
Banks are holding back UK e-commerce, with many e-commerce startups finding problems getting online credit-card deals processed, a government report has found.
The e-commerce@its.best.uk report published Monday by government think-tank the Performance and Innovation Unit recommends an inquiry into the banks' role in online transactions.
