News Burst: Largest-ever study finds no mobile cancer link
But scientists caution that their research isn't an 'all clear' for mobile phones
The largest ever scientific study in mobile phone health concerns has concluded that there is no link between handset use and cancer.
The research, conducted by The Danish Cancer Society, investigated each of the 420,000 Danes who have owned a mobile phone between 1982 and 1995. After looking at their medical records, the doctors found no evidence of a link between phone use and cancer.
However, the report's authors warned that this did not conclusively prove that mobiles were safe.
