PCs - How low can they go?

We've already seen the sub-$200 desktop PC, but how low can they go?

Having been around at a time when you'd have to shell out several thousand dollars to be the proud owner of a PC, the whole concept of a $200 PC is just shocking to me.  But dramatically falling prices is a fact of life when it comes to technology, but I know that the $200 PC will be replaced by a cheaper, better system.  But how low can prices go?  By the end of 2008, what will be the cheapest desktop system available?
