Programming note: By blog tab; Edit talkbacks; Welcome Oliver Marks

A few programming notes I've been woefully behind on.

• First up, check out our new "By Blog" tab on the news door. This page is actually an old one, but is back by popular demand. We screwed up and dropped it with the redesign, but it has been back for a couple of weeks. Apologies for the late announcement.
• Also on the feature front, we have added an edit feature to your talkbacks. This feature has been demanded for a while. Now it's there.
• We also continue to add new bloggers. The latest addition is Oliver Marks, who is a collaboration expert and gives guidance on Enterprise 2.0 deployments. On Collaboration 2.0, Oliver reports on the intersection of collaboration and real-world IT.
