The E.P.A. finally rings true. That's Environmental Phone Agency.

I have taken many deserved, if cheap, shots at the American E.P.A. Thus it is only meet and right that I should give credit. They are helping launch a cell phone recycling program!Whooee. That's something even the most libertarian among us can approve, I hope. Government agency does something to encourage voluntary good earthling behavior.

Why does this matter? As many as 150-million of those little ringsters are thrown on the trash heap each year, that's why. Right now the recycle campaign is aimed at public education only. No rules, no regs.
