How to land an aircraft at the National Museum of Computing...

Computers are now vital to air traffic control and this simulator room at the National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park allows visitors to try their hand at landing an aeroplane, using Microsoft's Flight Simulator software and ex-air traffic control terminals. To add realism, the simulation feeds in live - but obviously not controllable - air traffic control radar data.

In this video museum volunteer Ben Trethowan demonstrates how it all works.
