Monday morning laugh: Betty White thanks, then jabs, Facebook on SNL

You've gotta love Betty White.

At "88-1/2" years old, she's still quite the spitfire. Take, for example, her jab at Facebook during her monologue on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. Her appearance on the show was due, in part, to a campaign on Facebook.

And so, about 1:20 into her monologue, she starts off by thanking Facebook and admits that she didn't know about Facebook when she heard about the campaign. And then, in her classic sweet-as-sugar voice, says, "And now that I do know what it is, I have to say, it sounds like a huge waste of time. I would never say that people on it are losers, but that's only because I'm polite."

Is that a plug or a jab for Facebook? Hard to say. But definitely funny.
