CES 2010: LaCie announces two key-shaped, metal USB flash drives

CES 2010: French storage company LaCie has introduced two more key-shaped USB storage devices that finally put the "key" into "flash key."

French storage company LaCie last year introduced three key-shaped USB storage devices that finally put the "key" into "flash key." This year, LaCie's got two new models.

The shape isn't just a novelty, either. The drives are made of metal, and are durable enough to actually leave on your key ring. The LaCie CooKey and WhizKey offer faster transfer rates (up to 30MB/s) and a reinforced handle that's water and scratch resistant.

Both are available now in capacities from 4GB to 32GB, priced from $20 to $100.
