Korean mobile data services market to reach $3.3 bln in 2005

Korea's mobile data service market is projected to grow about 30% in 2005 to 3.36 trillion won ($3.3 bln) versus 2004's 2.6 trillion won ($2.57 bln), according to IDC Korea. The traditional cash cow of voice segments would inch up at an annual rate of 3.4% from 12.1 trillion won in 2004 to 14.25 trillion won in 2009.
