New wave energy to hit Washington

State, not Washington D.C. Nothing newunder the sun in THAT Washington. But there is a plan afoot for a Canadian fimr to build an offshore wave energy plant to generate electricity. You have to forgive the Seattle reporter who gushed about this being the world's first, etc. They're a little provincial out there,perhaps not too swift onusing Google.
