Quokka Quokka Sports, a San Francisco-based digital sports media company, needed help with live broadband production. After little success with other consulting firms, it turned to Helium, a Web consulting firm. With the "objective third-party" advantage, Helium stayed out of office politics and went to work. So what was it that set Helium apart from the rest of the consultants? "They are Quokkans in spirit when they are doing the work. Payoff: Quokka can concentrate on its core business, becoming the leader in its budding industry while someone else worries about its infrastructure.
